The following is EZ SMALL CLAIMS® refund policy. We Believe that the policy is extremely fair. Keep in mind that EZ SMALL CLAIMS® does not keep your credit card information.

* If you cancel your Package Submission after we type up your legal documents you are entitled to a partial refund of your Court filing fees and process serving fee only. *After your small claim is both filed and or a process server has made an attempt, there is no refund!

**All Process Serving Order**
If you have paid for our process server to serve your case, and the server has made attempts on service you are not entitled to a refund on any amount of money you have paid EZ SMALL CLAIMS® After your small claim is both filed and or a process server has made an attempt, there is no refund!
